**Your mission**
We are looking for a person to manage the circular knit and flat knit category as a Senior Buyer.
**What will the role entail?**:
- Supplier research according to the company strategy
- Fabrics, novelties, technics research based on moodboards.
- Based on merchandising architecture, assure the development of the collection requested together with designer. Factory allocation, proto follow up, SMS responsible, RRP assignment, assure margin of the category from development
- Negotiation: prices and delivery to meet the margin required per category and on-shop floor date. Counter costing, problem’s solving.
- Production responsable: follow up, claims managment. Delay and quality penalizations
- Analysis: suppliers, sales, results in order to achieve the company objectives and detect opportunities. KPIs analysis
- Coordinate a team to achieve deadlines and results
**Who will you report to?** Sourcing Manager
**Requirements of the position**
- University education, preferably in fashion or bussiness
- At least 7-8 years as a fashion buyer (Senior), with own supplier pool
- Circular knit and flat knit knowledge and experience are a must. At least 4-5 years experience.
- Used to manage a 4-5 people team: daily organization and supervisión
**Job competences**:
- Team leader. Well organized and meticulous.
- Analytic
- Flexible and adpatable to changes.
- Result driven person
