For this role we believe you have:
Minimum 5 years in leadership position in marketing. Valuable experience in omnichannel marketing and social media expert.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams.
Proven track record of knowledge and understanding of consumers and customers in the specific Spanish local market from a macro, competitive, consumer, brand, and business performance.
Proven advanced training in Marketing field (bachelor degree or similar)
Ability to comunicate both Spanish and English.
**Responsibilities**:
Our team is the voice of IKEA. We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer. We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication. Of course we’re also the ones who make sure to keep all our fellow co-workers informed, engaged and connected in a constantly changing business environment.
- You develop efficient communication in the Ctalonia Market with the different tools available (posters, brochures, newsletters, local web pages)
- Develops multi-channel communication with different messages (brand, concept, promotional).
- You manage and control the budget effectively
- You can analyze and evaluate media planning, negotiate with suppliers, external partners and other departments. You make sure you have a good relationship with associations and institutions. You take part in PR actions andactions regarding social responsibility and events organisation both within and outside the stor/market.
- Applies the knowledge and the solutions defined for HF Life at home and marketability in his/her area of work.
- You develop efficient communication in the market with the different tools available (posters, brochures, newsletters,local web pages) Develops, coordinates and supervises a marketing plan for the medium and long term which establishes a clear direction for the company and a good action plan.
- Support the sales function to grow sales and sustain long term profitability. Doing this by: having a good knowledge of how the stores work, the country commercial calendar and the needs of our customers and the impact my work
- You behave and act according to the current state of the IKEA FAMILY section. You interpret simple statistical and economic models in order to understand segmentation models.
- Take strategic business decisions based on market information and can predict their effect on the development of the business. Interested in and up-to-date on everything going on in his/her market and uses this knowledge and adapts it as required.
