As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing digital projects and large transformation programs in multiple sites and functions at a global level.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will set directions, define workplan, resources and rituals following the digital methodology to implement use cases in an agile way and coach others on how to improve it.

You will have a strong influence on high level stakeholders in the organization to positively influence in the team activities.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- Develop multi generational improvement programs with clear impact quantification, deployment strategies and expert resource involvement.- Manage complex relationships within the project teams but also externally with the site teams and key business partners.- Manage complex advanced analytics and lean projects in multiple sites, business units and functions within operations.- Coordinate large multi functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end user stakeholders in a complex environment.- Act as ambassador of the digital transformation and culture.- Coach and guide other colleagues on key digital themes in the manufacturing area, Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization & Automation and Robotics to be used in the manufacturing areas.

Requirements:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or any engineering field- You have at least 10 years prior experience in manufacturing processes- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience deploying Digital manufacturing solutions and technology at a global or regional level- Strong Project Management skills (Waterfall & Agile techniques)- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills- Ability to lead changes and deliver results in complex environments- Having the below Training / Certifications are a nice to have but not a must:

- Project Management Training
- Data Scientist Awareness
- Product Owner / Scrum Master certification
- 6 sigma green belt or black belt certification
- Lean Manufacturing certification
