We are seeking a skilled corporate & commercial lawyer to join our legal team. As a Corporate& Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support in various aspects of corporate & commercial law within our organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

**Responsibilities**

You will be involved in:

- Supporting the company's corporate business activity, preparing minutes, registration procedures, powers of attorney, etc.
- Supervising the company's contractual documentation.
- Collaborating in the drafting/review of commercial contracts (clients/suppliers), confidentiality agreements.
- Assisting in the supervision of the company's intellectual property activity.
- Participating in the monitoring of litigation and coordination of external legal advisors (litigation, labor, tax, data protection, transfer pricing).

To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:

- Law degree from an accredited university
- 4-5 years of experience practicing corporate & commercial law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- It is desirable to have worked in Intellectual Property and have exposure to British/US legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial law principles, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with third party legal advisors and colleagues.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to understand the commercial implications of legal decisions.
