About the job

The core of your role as a Chief Operations Officer will be leading the coordination and execution of technical operations in our data fabric, ensuring process optimization, service quality, deadline compliance, and customer satisfaction.

As COO you will have direct responsibility for managing and coordinating the different Operations teams, ensuring efficient and effective management of data production and product delivery processes.

Tareas

What we expect you to do
- Define, implement, and manage data production, quality, and service processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality data-products and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the different Operations teams, ensuring that data management is carried out efficiently and effectively, and that deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production and product delivery processes, proposing and implementing solutions that optimize data manufacturing.
- Work collaboratively with sales, customer success, marketing and product teams to define the company's business strategy and ensure that production is aligned with market needs.
- Monitor and optimize the production tracking system and service quality.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, and make recommendations to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and exploitation plans.
- Regularly report to top management on the status of operations and the performance of the Operations teams.

**Requisitos**:
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 of previous experience in leadership and management of production teams, preferably in a technology company.
- Technical knowledge of data management and experience in defining and managing production and quality control processes.
- Experience in establishing and monitoring operational metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and hierarchical levels within the company.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and constantly changing environment.
- Highly motivated, with strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
