Want to launch the next big thing? As a Innovation Project Manager with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to bring our latest products to life.- Main responsibilities:
- Managing SKU introductions from initiation (project definition) through to first shipment.
- Developing detailed Critical Path Schedule for each project in conjunction with brand teams
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation (system and others)
- Ensuring all involved departments are trained on SKU creation process (on both global and local tools) in close cooperation with Business Process Team. Ensuring integration/alignment of all forecasts throughout project
- Regularly reviewing progress on all projects with brand & supply teams/ maintain initiative tracking document - flagging risks and escalating issues to the Management Team
- Providing Pipe Line to DP, Managing NPD/EPD tracker, DME planning calendar, process for new commers NPD process, policy, rules, tools
- NPI process creation, implementation and improvement. Providing meetings with teams in order to refresh and systematize knowledge about the processes.
- Managing SKU removals with Marketing, TM and Sales teams in order to maintain profitable portfolio and meet SKU complexity targets
- Managing product change over, ensuring the mínimal packaging scrap cost and in general, informing and tracking materials coverage in factory when needed
- Using Kinaxis Planning sheet, DP consensus and DP History (as a viewer only) to know the actuals and sales forecast by sku and location.
- Leadering the Innovation meeting (agenda, invitation, minutes, presentation review, time keeper)
- Participating in S&Op meeting.

- At least 2 years of experience as Project Manager, Demand Planning or Logistics.
- The business language in Reckitt is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
