**The Team**:
You will be joining the Corporate Banking Team based in Madrid, which is focused on covering global corporate clients based in Spain and Portugal

**Role Description**:
You will be responsible for providing support on transactions across the bank’s products. Such support may include maintaining financial models or coordinating processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multi-product origination efforts within the integrated coverage model and ensure internal partnerships are seamless and efficient to the client
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients, the industries and regions in which they operate and how the bank helps support both their growth aspirations and day-to-day banking requirements
- Assist in the development of client specific analysis (e.g. capital structure, acquisition finance) and become proficient on the various metrics used to price and structure different debt instruments
- Support on analysis, Due Diligence and elaboration of relevant Memos required for internal Business, Credit and Compliance approvals
- Gain familiarity with the legal and ESG documentation aspects of various debt instruments as key step in debt execution
- Support the team with required reporting and other important administrative tasks
- Assist. build and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for ensuring the Bank’s activities are conducted in a compliant and risk free manner

**What we are looking for**:

- Proficient level in English and Native Spanish
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required
- Proficient level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and conscientiousness
- Ability to effectively interact with and the ability to work and communicate effectively with the immediate team, product partners and ultimately bank clients
- Creativity, problem solving skills, flexibility in approach and the ability to work with members of multiple product groups at the same time
- Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
- You will have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously & working effectively as an individual & as part of a team
