**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As the **QA & Testing Lead **you will work within an agile team to ensure the project team's deliverables meet the business and non-functional requirements and help maintain and define all quality assurance controls. This includes the development of appropriate stories and conditions of acceptance, agreement of these with PO, and ensuring their successful execution through reviews and Manual testing. This role is a senior position and focused in define and managing the external team we have for the QA activities in the project. It is expected that the QA Lead will be involved at all stages of the SDLC and help the Team to define and deploy the Quality Assurance Strategy and Controls.

We need someone like you to help us in different working streams:

- Define long term plans in testing initiatives and ways of working with the QA External Services we have in the project.
- Control & Management of Sprint Releases and their functional scope.
- Schedule Testing - Timelines (Quality Assurance on pre-production environments, Regression tests, User acceptance tests slots...).
- UAT Management and communication between QA Team and Development Team (aligned with PO).
- Experience working with testing tools (HP ALM, ZEPHYR, Testlink or similar).

EXPERIENCE
- +5 years of experience in quality and testing functions.
- At least 2 years managing Quality and Testing teams.
- Some experience as a software developer is always a must.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle _. _

EDUCATION
- Business, Economics, Law, Computer Sciences, Technology Engineering.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- ISTQB Foundation or ISTQB Agile certification will be preferred.
- Knowledge and Experience working with Agile Teams and their methodologies.
- Knowledge about deployment tools and versions control: Urbancode.
- B1-B2 English level.
- Experience working with databases (create your own queries).
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software test life cycle) standard.
