**Reimagine what’s possible.**
Currently, we are looking for a **Senior Project Engineer**, to be based in our HQ of **Cornellà de Llobregat** (**Barcelona**) or **Tarragona**.
**As **Senior Project Engineer**, you will**:
- Lead the Engineering activities on capital projects and proposals (Sale of Gas/Sale of Equipment) on significant complexity.
- Plan and direct all engineers and designers working on the projects to ensure completion of the projects as efficiently as possible.
- Evaluate and approve changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project.
- Monitor progress and performance against the project schedule.
- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Provide strategic direction when developing project budgets.
- Be capable of resolving and escalating issues arising from operations and resource constraints.
- Supervise Junior Project Engineers assigned on the different projects across SE Region.
**You will have**:
- Engineering Degree
- 5+ years relevant professional experience
- Ideally experienced in Industrial Gases
- A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
- Willingness to commit time and effort to achieve project goals.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in Spanish & English language. Other languages will be valued.
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the internal organization and with external customers
- The ability to work with multi discipline teams across different cultures.
- Good all-round understanding of Mechanical and Process engineering, E&I and Controls systems.
- Flexibility to travel within Spain and Portugal and occasionally other regions.
- Experience in process plant construction and/or commissioning would be advantageous.
