Marketing Coordinator

**Your mission**:
We're looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** who has experience managing events, suppliers, and local campaigns.

You are energetic and a proactive thinker who can find solutions to daily problems that arise. Organizing events both local and international is a big part of this role, so you will be used to have multiple things on the go but will know how to prioritize your time accordingly.

**What you'll do**:

- Responsible for organizing our presence at local and international events from liaising with suppliers to managing booth creation
- Assist with a range of marketing projects to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Act as a point of contact for third-party suppliers/contractors, including responding to and resolving issues
- Maintain project workflows to meet schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality marketing programs and competitiveness
- Assist in developing and coordinating marketing and Employer Branding initiatives, event logistics, and corporate merchandising
- Maintain a supplier directory and inventory of marketing and brand materials, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

**What you bring**:

- 2-3 years marketing experience
- High level of English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, or communications
- Previous experience managing presence at tradeshows and events
- Motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with crypto is an asset
