**Regional Client Director - Craft Worldwide
**Location: Madrid
**Reporting to: Global Business Lead
**Role as Regional Client Director
- As Regional Client Director, you will support the Global Business Lead in the leadership, growth strategy and client relationship for a global account. You’ll work to strengthen the client relationship through remarkable, integrated work whilst diversifying the scope and supporting the European Country Leads. Key responsibilities of the role include:
**Aligned brand leadership**
- Owning the relationship with the regional marketing team, creative agencies and CDMO & procurement team.
- Leading the relationship with the key European markets.
- Championing best practice for all teams globally.
- Working closely with the Global Business Lead and Operations Director to ensure alignment of team structure, operations, processes and culture.
**Strategic leadership**
- Supporting the strategic direction of Crafts relationship with the client while constantly improving the offering and creative product.
- Driving innovation capabilities, refining and managing the global operations of the account and delivering against plans.
- Promoting Crafts capabilities across each market.
**Operational leadership**
- Managing, mentoring and retaining the account team in EMEA; including training, consulting and supporting teams across all regions.
- Facilitating and overseeing workflow, leading communications with key markets and ensuring the seamless delivery of work.
- Driving a culture of creativity, efficiency and innovation within Craft.
**Business Development**
- Pursuing new business opportunities, exploring new capabilities and recognising opportunities for diversifying the client’s scope.
- Introducing the client to new offerings from the network, ensuring their needs are met.
- Supporting the Country Leads in delivering their individual growth strategies.
