To contribute and be part of the team responsible for the support and execution of payroll activities and/or data management ensuring that input is accurate and on time.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the execution of routine transactional pre-payroll validation task as per the standard payroll process definition: Payroll Calendar, Data Input review and Data entry completeness.
- Support the execution of routine transactional payroll tasks as per the standard payroll process definition: On-cycle process, bank file creation, tax and social security contributions. Reports and payslip creation.
- Ensure tickets are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
- Follow Detailed Working instructions (WI) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentation. Also support the updating of Wis.
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
- Contribute to team meetings and rise any issues immediately to your line manager.

Professional / Job Experience
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, Spanish and English.
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
- 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor system and taxes.

Desirable
- HRIS knowledge: Workday and SAP
