**Who are we?**

We are FCM Lab. Part of FCM Travel, the 4th largest business travel agency in the world, present in over 100 countries, we are the FCM Tech Unit, where we place technology to serve the human needs.

FCM Travel manages the travel of company employees around the world (transportation and accommodation). FCM Travel's competitive advantage lies in the quality human service provided by our Reservation Agents, from booking to the end of the trip.

FCM Lab's products are products E2E (Employee to Employee). We develop products for our people, (ex. the Customer Service Team) to help them deliver the best service to our client It is a real opportunity to be in contact with our users to listen to their needs and directly measure the added value we create

**Your missions**

Reporting to the Head of Product, as a QA manager, you will be responsible for the QA team of FCM Lab. FCM Lab is the tech team of FCM Travel, consisting of QA testers, Product Owners, Product Operations, and developers in Barcelona.

**Team Leadership**:

- **Lead the growing QA team of 6 QAs** across 3 work streams, ensuring fast and no-defect delivery.
- Accompany and encourage **the growth of each team member **based on their individual needs and ambitions.
- Promote synergy between the development and QA teams.
- Proactively identify, and resolve potential quality issues, collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions.

**Testing Strategy & Development**:

- Design and execute custom test strategies for each project.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Lead in adopting/improving test automation strategy

**Process & Tools Management**:

- Refine our testing processes
- **Use test management tools **(Jira,Testmo/Azure Test Plans)
- Track essential software quality metrics.
- Encourage the team's growth and learning by keeping up with the newest tools and technologies and making sure the team gets to learn and use them

**Experience & Technical Skills**:

- Solid background in software testing, Scrum methodology and automation
- Direct experience in automating tests E2E and API tests
- Familiarity with tools and technologies like, Docker, Kubernetes, bash command line, Git, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

**Methodology & Best Practices**:

- A deep understanding of testing best practices, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD.
- Ability to manage integration tasks, especially with third-party systems.**
**Soft Skills & Leadership**:

- At least one management experience (dev/prod/qa) of 3+ years
- Communication skills, proficiency in English, and a team-first approach.
