**As a Senior Manager Workplace Experience, you will**:
- Report directly to our VP of Talent and lead a team of 4 specialists, you will be responsible for defining an amazing environment globally for our Preplers to work, including office administration, events management and a wide range of workplace projects.
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of our two hubs in Barcelona and Kyiv with the help of the on site office managers. You will look after daily operations and administrative functions and logistics to provide the best employee experience.
- You will design and deliver engaging in person and virtual events to increase our Preplers engagement even if they are working from a remote location.
- You will partner our People Partner and Operations teams on a range of employee experience projects, including onboarding assistance, care packages for our new starters and others. You will also maintain regular communication with other key groups such as IT and Finance to ensure everyone is connected effectively.
- You will be responsible for bringing a data driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of the workplace and flexible working.
- Co-lead new office projects.
**What we are looking for**:
- You have first hand experience in a Management, Facilities or Office Manager role, ideally in a start-up environment.
- You are structured, detailed oriented and have excellent project management skills.
- You are a people-person at heart, that values team happiness and wants to go the extra mile to support an environment that enables our business to thrive.
- You have the ability to lead and inspire your team through multiple challenges.
- You are able to work creatively and to come up with out-of-the-box initiatives to support our team.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), Spanish would be considered an asset.
- You are based in Barcelona and are able to work regularly from our Hub.
