**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- **Lead high-impact advisory projects**for key players in the electricity sector—delivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
- **Drive business growth**by identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
- **Champion innovation**by designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- **Ensure project excellence**by conducting thorough risk assessments and guaranteeing delivery in line with contractual commitments.
- **Elevate team performance**by enhancing tools and processes, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Take ownership of complex projects**, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables with mínimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Support contract lifecycle management**, including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.

**Your Background**
- Master degree or PhD in a relevant field with substantial experience in the electricity sector.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience as energy consultant and previous experience as a Team Lead.
- Proven expertise in tools like PSSE, Power Factory, PSCAD and ETAP and other development tools as Python.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, economic, and operational challenges in the electricity market.
- Experience participating in large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
