**¿Qué harás?**:

- As a Regional Risk Officer you will be responsible for:
- Assures that the OEs of the region fully complies with Risk Policy Framework
- Oversees the implementation and coordination of risk, control and outsourcing procedures following the globally unified approach at AZ Technology in all entities allocated to the region
- Manages and oversees of activities of Entity Risk Officers, people development of Entity Risk Officer and compliance with HR related activities, e.g. performance reviews
- Establishes an aggregated Risk Reporting for the region
- Oversees the implementation and adherence to the AZ Technology integrated risk control cycle (scoping, RCA, control documentation, testing, monitoring) and Third-Party-Risk-Management cycle (identification, classification, outsourcing RCA) for the entities allocated to the region
- Supports Entity Risk Officers in the co-ordination of risk assessments, control testing, development of mitigation plans and it´s follow up
- Ensures transparency of the risk profile and management of key risks, incl. oversight on criticality and risk profile of all third-party relationships, of the entities allocated to the region and proactive reporting to the Allianz Technology CRO
- Participates in the risk committees and Service Compliance meetings of Allianz operating entities (customers)
- Reports to the Allianz Technology CRO and contributes to the Risk Committee reporting at least quarterly and on urgent risk relevant issues at any time
- Supports the implementation of the above-mentioned procedures also in minority owned entities, as well as virtual business units/centres of competence

**¿A quién buscamos?**:

- You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Multi-years of professional experience in different areas of enterprise risk management, ideally on the background of an IT service provider and across the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, business risk
- Successful performance of a leadership role with direct reports (line function or project)
- Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual and international teams; International experience a plus
- Good knowledge of local service landscape and supplier relationships
- Basic knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, COSO, ISO27xxx, ISAE/SOC
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office, knowledge of ORGS, ServiceNow, MicroStrategy is a plus
