**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily activities for Pre-Nursery children.-Assist with the care, supervision, and welfare of children in line with Early Years best practices.-Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.-Support children’s development in key areas including language, social skills, motor skills, and early numeracy.-Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to assessments as required.-Assist with daily routines such as snack times, hygiene, and classroom organization.-Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.-Support school policies regarding safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety.-
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Previous experience working with young children (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, or Reception) is desirable.-Passion for Early Years education and child development.-Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.-Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards young children.-Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child safety.-Ability to follow instructions, be proactive, and support classroom routines efficiently.-
