The Product Innovation and Multiphysics Simulation Unit of Eurecat Technology Center (Barcelona) is looking for a **researcher in Multiphysics Simulation.** Our group is specialized in develop innovative products from first concept to first series. We also have and strong background in multiphysics simulation applied to products and industrial processes focused mainly in mechanical, thermal, CFD and electrochemical analysis. We are a multidisciplinary team that capable to take new challenges with openminded, creativity and a strong technology background. We are a team of energetic people passionate about innovation. Come join us **RESPONSIBILITIES** The main responsibilities will focus on the scientific contribution and technological developments including: - Scientific contribution to the advances of the projects - Participate in scientific publications - Support to project management to ensure proper project execution - Establish and maintain contact with clients and partners in consortium (2-3 travels across Europe per year) **WHAT EURECAT CAN OFFER YOU?** Our laboratory is located in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in the outskirts of Barcelona city (Spain). We offer: - Permanent contract - Hybrid work (home office/ work in the office) - Flexible Schedule - Shorter workday on Friday and Summer Schedule - Flexible remuneration package (health insurance, transport, lunch, studies - training and kindergarten and renting) - Eurecat workers can join the Eurecat Academy courses - Eurecat workers can attend to our weekly thematic sessions to be aware of Eurecat areas of knowledge. - Language’s training (EN, Catalan and Spanish) **REQUIRED SKILLS** - MSc or equivalent, Mechanical Engineer or similar. - Advanced Knowledge in FEM and CFD simulation - Experience in participating in Research Projects such as Horizon Europe or H2020. - Desired Python programming and user subroutines knowledge. - Desired knowledge in CAD 3d software Solidworks and Catia. - Desired knowledge of fuel cell simulation. - Good knowledge of English and Spanish is required. - Availability to travel occasionally >> Send us your cover letters to know you better
