**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- King’s College School, La Moraleja, one of Inspired’s flagship British schools, is seeking to appoint a dynamic, collaborative and forward-thinking **Head of Admissions** on a permanent basis- As Head of Admissions, you will lead the student acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy in alignment with the school’s vision and Inspired Group standards. Reporting directly to the Head of School and indirectly to the Director of Admissions and Customer Experience (Europe), you will ensure the delivery of a highly effective and customer-focused admissions process. You will be a key ambassador of the school, with a strong understanding of the educational experience at King’s, and will play an essential role in driving sustainable growth and strengthening community engagement.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead and manage the Admissions team, ensuring excellence in service delivery, training, and performance.-
Oversee the full admissions cycle from enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding, maintaining accurate CRM records and data analysis tools.-
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely and informative responses that reflect the school’s values and ethos.-
Conduct personalised tours and host admissions-related events, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.-
Implement and refine conversion strategies to optimise enrolment targets.-
Collaborate with the Inspired Marketing team to ensure up-to-date and high-quality communications, collateral, and promotional materials.-
Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions and forecast enrolment trends.-
Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, local partners, and community stakeholders.-
Ensure compliance with Inspired’s admissions policy and GDPR guidelines.-
Coordinate open days, recruitment fairs, alumni events, and other engagement initiatives**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.-
A solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual essential).-
Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.-
Proven ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and deliver against measurable targets.-
High levels of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.-
