We are looking to hire **a part time** Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills that is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and has a curious nature.
**_Responsibilities _**
- Main point of contact with external Bookkeepers for Accounting/Tax
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process, and conduct monthly reviews
- Prepare bank payment orders through the Client-Bank software and verify all bank movements and transactions on a regular basis
- Predict all the cash-flow needs of the organization and keep track of the actuals
- Excellent understanding of Spanish Payroll to be able to Review local Payroll
- According to the local regulations, coordinate with the company's assessors to present the taxes on time and in the correct form.
- Dealing with Adhoc requests from Israeli Finance Team
**_ Requirements _**
- Advanced level of English - as liaison with the Israeli Finance Team is essential.
- Degree or secondary qualification in finance/accounting or related (essential).
- Experience in Spanish accounting standards.
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and finance software.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics.
- Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to growing requirements of the business

- Experience in a similar position in a multinational company.
