Our Data Analysts aren’t kept in the background, doomed to never see the impact of their work. They’re some of our best and brightest problem solvers, deployed to the front-lines to work in product teams and deliver rock star solutions.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Treasury Department. Someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges and believes no task is too tough to tackle. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy by diving deep into our data, identifying root causes, and designing your own scalable solutions.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Developing and owning quantitative models for ALM, capital, and liquidity management
- Enabling domain owners to make strategic, data-informed decisions that directly impact the company's direction
- Setting up and maintaining treasury and regulatory monitoring and reporting frameworks
- Designing and developing key business metrics and dashboards to visualise performance and risk
- Building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Performing in-depth, ad-hoc analyses and creating reports that support long-term planning and regulatory compliance
- Supporting company-wide data initiatives that impact the department, such as data warehouse migrations and the development of standardised executive dashboards
- Promoting data literacy by contributing to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams

**What you'll need**
- 3+ years experience in treasury analytics
- Great skills with SQL and Python
- Evidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
- Experience working within a bank's treasury function, with specific exposure to liquidity management and asset and liability management
