The Role
The Business Analyst will be part of the Professional Services Division within the Solera International Operations Business Unit.
The Business Analyst leverages an advisory approach to deliver recommendations and presenting results to C-Level. As part of the Professional Services Division, the Business Analyst will work very closely with the Global Head of Professional Services as well as with the 4 sub-departments within the division: Implementation, Configuration, Training and Technical Solutions Services. In parallel, the Business Analyst will work in close alignment with different Solera teams, including Product &Development and account teams within Sales and Customer Support.
The Business Analyst will help the Global Head of Professional Services to innovate, transform, and evolve the Professional Services Division.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting the internal transformation of the Professional Services Division by working closely with the Global Head of Professional Services with focus on business analysis, presentation of outcome and communication with key stakeholders
- Supporting the development of the Professional Services’ internal initiatives with focus on new capabilities, talent and knowledge, innovation, standardization, and automation of repeatable tasks
- Analysing solutions, best practices, benchmarks within the Automotive and Insurance segments with the objective of providing recommendations to the Global Head of Professional Services to improve the way of working of Professional Services Division
- Ensuring that all the assigned tasks are delivered on time, with high level of accuracy and standard of quality
- Making an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with the Global Head of Professional Services to ensure positive impact and sustainable results
- Developing expertise in customer insight & growth experience practice areas to increase the breadth and depth of Solera’s knowledge base and capabilities within Automotive and Insurance segments
- Leveraging a deep understanding of analytics platform, data strategy, customer experience, digital transformation and platform business model
What You’ll Bring
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in English is a must, fluency in other European language will be a plus
- 5 to 8 years of global working experience in business analysis projects with a focus on providing recommendations and presenting results to C-Level
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in consulting companies with focus on data analytics, platform, data strategy, customer experience, business analysis, digital transformation or alternatively within automotive or insurance industries with a focus on these listed capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure while at the same time delivering excellent results
- Knowledge in business process design, business strategy, TOM design, industry expertise and competitive landscape analysis
- Experience in presenting recommendations and results to C-Level with outstanding performance
- Excellent customer facing skills, collaboration and communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team and across other functions at a peer-to-peer level and wider
