**Responsibilities**:
- Upload bank statements into our accounting system.
- Download and save bank documentation supporting all financial transactions.
- Manage the reconciliation of more than 70 general ledger accounts
- Reconcile all accounts payable and receivable transactions on a weekly basis against the bank data.
- Preparing journal entries associated with bank statements.
- Reviewing all bank account reconciliation.
- Assist internal and external auditors.
**Requirements**:
- Team player, fast learner, able to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately. We are looking for an individual with drive and passion.
- Recently graduated / up to 3 years experience working in the financial services industry.
- A high level in Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheet is a must.
- Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
- High level of English.
