**About The Role**:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Data Analyst **to join
skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

This role is based in our Madrid office.

**Main challenges**
- Work closely with Data Engineering to understand and shape data best practices in data acquisition
- Own the ELT/ETL process in dbt
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data use cases and new opportunities for growth and optimization
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key
performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through
clear and concise reports and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to
inform data strategy and analysis techniques.

Overall, the role of the Data Analytics team in Cobee is to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and success on a global scale.

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science,
Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration) OR a
master's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience gained
through a private bootcamp or other professional development
program.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and at least one
data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with modern data practices and ETL processes using tools like dbt
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Nice to have
- Experience working with large datasets in a startup environment
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python, R)
- Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques
