**We are looking for Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics, or sustainability to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within our Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice.**

**Why Choose Us?**
- Make an Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects focused on sustainable transport. - A Dynamic, Global Work Environment: From your first day, you’ll join a supportive team, working closely with senior consultants on impactful international initiatives.

**The Role**

As an Analyst Consultant, you’ll:

- Support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing.
- Work on multiple exciting projects, managing your time and contributions effectively.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges.
- Gain valuable skills in research, economic analysis, and client-facing communication.

**What We’re Looking For**
- An MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. A background in chemical engineering / chemistry / process engineering (with a focus on low carbon fuels), in transport/environmental economics or in mechanical engineering (with a focus on automotive industry) would be particularly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to support evidence-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. You can simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key).
- A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player who thrives in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus).

**What’s in It for You?**
- Skill Development: Grow your expertise in data analysis, policy research, strategic advice and sustainability consultancy for the transport sector.
- Hands-On Experience: Work alongside industry leaders, learning how impactful sustainability solutions are designed and implemented.
- Global Opportunities: Collaborate on projects across Europe and beyond, tackling real-world challenges in sustainable transport.
- Positive Impact: Be part of a consultancy that shapes policies and strategies for a more sustainable world.
