We are looking for an experienced, hands-on **Head of Product** to lead the vision and execution of our internal platform capabilities — the tech foundations powering games, engagement features, and services. You will work closely alongside Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to define the overarching product vision, set clear priorities and ensure broader alignment with our business objectives.

This role demands a leader who is comfortable operating deep in the detail when needed, and always with a sharp view on clear outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**

**Set Vision & Roadmap**: Define and evolve a clear product vision for internal platform capabilities and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical direction.

**Value-Driven Prioritisation**: Translate technical needs into prioritised product initiatives, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term outcomes.

**Product Discovery & Validation**: Lead structured discovery and validation of scalable platform enhancements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Strategic Alignment**: Align initiatives with company-level OKRs and portfolio strategy, ensuring clarity of purpose and measurable business impact.

**Agile Product Practices**: Champion agile product management practices, promoting iterative development, experimentation, and continuous refinement of platform capabilities.

**Impact Tracking**: Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to secure data points that measure product success and efficient reporting

**Stakeholder Management**: Engage with key stakeholders and capability leads to ensure clear communication, expectation management, and alignment on product development vision and priorities

**Mentoring and Coaching**: Act as a servant leader, capable of effective onboarding, coaching and mentoring to other product visionaries (and beyond) within the organisation

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in platform capabilities, engagement features and product leadership within the iGaming industry.
- Strong product thinking applied to technical domains (backend systems, developer tools, infrastructure, or data platforms).
- Proven experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Delivery Leads and Cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A pragmatic business mindset focused on clarity, alignment, and long-term delivery confidence.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with comfort in ambiguity and change.

Practical experience driving and aligning delivery using OKRs and value-based metrics.- Familiarity of system architecture fundamentals, DevOps practices, or infrastructure capabilities (hands-on technical experience is a plus).
- Understanding of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies (certifications are a plus).

Exposure to game compliance and regulated environments.- Passion for gaming, technology, and customer engagement.
