**Job purpose**

As an Analyst - Accounting & Intercompany, you will assist the Europe & Africa finance department with data entry, processing & recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with external audit requests, fact-checking and calculating and reconcile ICO transactions within the Accelya Group.

**What will you do?**

Provide support to the Europe & Africa finance department:

- Assist with general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements.
- Process and record accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and in compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
- Assist with external audit requests, fact checks and resolve discrepancies
- Calculate the intercompany transactions according to the transfer pricing rules and contract conditions for each entity
- Reconcile transactions and balances with counterparts

**What do you need to know?**
- Fluent English
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools, principally Excel
- Experience in handling accounting systems such as MS Dynamics, ORACLE, etc would be valued
- Good communication skills - written, oral, interpersonal.
- Ability to work well with Teams to deliver Team Objectives.
- Graduate Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
- Experience at least 1 year in audit company would be valued
