**Job Description**:
The Live Associate Producer will bring prior experience of leading commercially successful, large-scale Free-to-Play games. Reporting to Executive Producer, you will be product owner on a live title, prioritise the backlog, and coordinate the live operations of our games. You will be the focal point for communication and information sharing between multiple departments in the studio.
- Work with key product stakeholders in prioritizing their needs and communicating the overall strategy and roadmap to them.
- Launch plans for all major product and feature releases, prioritizing by business impact and roadmap strategy.
- Establish audience and monetization targets required to agreed high-level revenue goals. Oversee cross-functional teams focused specifically on increasing revenue and profitability.
- Build strategy for driving organic installs (leading viral promotion, cross-promotion, store featuring, etc.) and improving monetization.
- Monitor KPIs trends, user reviews and community feedback to quickly spot and act on issues in game updates across multiple platforms.
- Define new monetization features and functionality requirements and key stakeholders to execute, including Live Operations processes, calendar and activations (eg events, sales, promotional offers).
- Ensure profitability and achieve P&L responsibilities.
- Lead creation of an agreed vision and longer-term direction for the product and deliver against agreed plan and targets alongside Production stakeholders.
- Onboard, line manage and mentor team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong background of online product or game management.
- Proven experience in F2P games.
- Solid project management skills, particularly with managing deliverables from diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong product management and strategic analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to map an understanding of business drivers to prioritize requirements and product roadmap.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Be a team player: we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact. Open mind and good communication skills are a must.
- Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits. Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
- Passion for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).

**Bonus**
- Project management certification like PMP, Scrum master, etc.
- Comfortable using Jira, Confluence and Tableau.
- Additional languages a plus (Spanish, Catalan or French)
