**Who are we looking for?**

Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious and positive, and want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**Goal of the position**:
To assist the indirect cost department with administrative tasks, assist the buyer team

**Main functions**:

- Preparation of purchase orders, launching orders and tracking them.
- Ensure compliance with the delivery times of suppliers.
- Supplier management.
- Supplier billing supervision.
- Reporting
- Supporting the team indirect cost team with other tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bacherlor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or similar
- Previous experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- English B2
- Spanish C1

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
