**PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Confluence Specialist**
**Your mission**:
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Analyzing and mapping retail store processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation through Microsoft Dynamics.
- Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to the functional delivery of the solution.
- Specifying and documenting functional and technical requirements related to Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Supporting development validation and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business expectations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT, stakeholders, and end users.
- Attending meetings with national and international stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and aligned business perspective.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).
- Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
- Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing environments, with a solid understanding of store operational flows.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and support for testing activities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
**English C1|C2 - (mandatory).**
**Work Model**: 100% remote regime, with Spanish Working Hours (It is necessary to be in Portugal)
