**About the role**:
People support team is active in the field of systems, reward; recruitment, operations & L&D and provides administrative support to them.

This person should mainly focus on recruitment & onboarding for the Belgian market:
**What do you have to offer?**
- Some experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- A high level of **Dutch** and **English** (essential).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to HR innovation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Which tasks can you expect?**
- Supporting the **Talent Acquisition Team** with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
- Managing and checking recruitment data, reports, and updates.
- Drafting contracts, addenda, and ensuring GDPR compliance for Belgium.
- Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, interns, and student workers.
- Maintaining systems and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, SF, Usercube).
- Optimizing existing HR processes to boost efficiency.
- Updating manuals, newsletters, and internal documents related to recruitment and vacancies.
