Where You’ll Make a Difference

As Plant Manager, you will:

- Lead site operations in alignment with global strategy to achieve safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
- Champion safety and sustainability initiatives with a commitment to zero incidents.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, trust, and capability development.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving culture throughout the site.
- Ensure high customer service levels through effective maintenance and production planning.
- Achieve financial targets including cost productivity and inventory management.

- Set future vision and define critical operating objectives for the site.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- University degree preferably in a technical field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role - food industry or chemical process experience is an advantage
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology and lead change initiatives.
- Experience in driving cultural transformation and building high-performing teams.
- Strong prioritization and strategic direction-setting capabilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to advancing company values.
- Data-driven, action-oriented, and operates with urgency.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
