Our company’s Oncology division is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide. Our team in Spain is recruiting for a Brand & Customer Manager in the Oncology Business Unit reporting to the Oncology Pantumor Lead.

As a Pantumor Brand & Customer Manager in Oncology, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and promotional pantumor strategies and activities to support the growth of our Oncology portfolio and reinforce our leadership positioning in the area. In this critical role, the Brand & Customer Manager will work cross-functionally together with our Franchise teams, Comunication, Market Access, Digital team, and other functions to implement the Oncology Business Unit strategy. Furthermore, you will work together with the Medical Affairs team to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non-promotional field-based activities.
**Main roles & responsiblities**
**Develop and implement Commercial Campaigns and Educational Programmes**
- Understand market and customer base to help identify key customer needs following L3 Marketing approach i.e. Market Map, Buying Process, Customer Portrait, Segmentation, Targeting
- Collaborate and work closely with support functions to customise global deliveries to be appropriate to country market.
- Develop as appropriate Commercials Campaigns i.e promotional materials and educational programmes as a result of analysis and agreed conclusions of account management
- Expand innovative add value solutions align with account management approach where Health Authorities, Hospital Managers, Pharmacists, Medical Leaders, Physicians, nurses, patients and other key stakeholders must be included.
**Internal relationships**
- Lead cross-functional teams to assure planning and execution of plans.
- Work closely with Sales team and other key internal stakeholders to understand customer base
- Brief sales force and other internal parties on franchise and promotional strategy.
- Lead the brands as part of the area marketing team to ensure efficient integration and collaboration across key functions contributing to the Brands.
**Customer relationships**
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Scientific Leaders and main Oncology Societies.
- Maintain through understanding of customer perspective and develop solutions which best meet customer needs and help improve patient outcomes.
**Business operations**
- Liaise and collaborate with various functions and areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans.
- Support regional business opportunities through appropriate marketing development
- Day-to-day management of promotional budget to optimise effectiveness and efficiency within compliance standards.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards, and with the country Code of Practice
- Considered non-traditional channels in order to improve efficacy and efficiency when reaching our customers. Adapt new ways of approaching current and future customers, offering the appropriate way to improve our company Customer satisfaction.
