**Responsibilities**:
Foster a vibrant and engaged community on both Telegram and Discord platforms by actively interacting with members, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive discussions.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to encourage participation, collaboration, and retention within the community.
Manage bots and automation tools to enhance community engagement, moderation, and organization on both Telegram and Discord platforms.
Maintain and update an event calendar to keep the community informed about upcoming events, including (but not limited to) AMAs, token launches, competitions, virtual community meetups etc.
Monitor and moderate community discussions on both platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines, and taking appropriate action in case of violations or disputes.
Collaborate with project teams to gather feedback from the community and communicate updates, announcements, and project milestones effectively.
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate community-driven initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends/best practices in web3 and community management in general.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in community management, in the web3, NFT, or gaming space.
Strong understanding of Telegram and Discord platform management, moderation tools, and bot integration.
Experience in managing and engaging with online communities, with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering a sense of belonging.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with community members effectively and diplomatically.
Knowledge of web3 concepts, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, dApps.
Familiarity with NFTs, gaming communities is a must.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
