**idevelop **is an international training provider specialising in the development of professionals working in the education sector, promoting, supporting and delivering training activities in accordance with the Erasmus+ principles.

More than 10 years of experience working closely with schools across Europe has given us a deep understanding of the realities of the education sector. We focus on the main current educational issues, such as innovative ways of teaching, inclusion and diversity, foreign language learning, digital transformation and green initiatives.

idevelop's main objective is to contribute to the lifelong learning of teachers from all over the world, while fostering cultural exchanges. Our courses encourage inspiration between teachers from different backgrounds in a participatory environment.

We are currently looking for new trainers for these courses. Would you like to be part of this project?

**Job position**:
Course coach on new Psychology:

- Neuroeducation;
- Sensory education;
- Conflicts, bullying, mobbing.

In-person training at the company's offices in Sevilla, Málaga, Setúbal (Portugal), or Tenerife.

**The main functions**

Impart courses to groups of adult professionals in the educational sector (5-day courses, 5 hours per day). The groups consist of 5-20 people.

Modify the course program according to the participants' profiles.

**Essential requirements**

Availability in the morning from 9:00am to 2:00pm during course weeks.

Pedagogical preparation in accordance with the content of the course to be taught.

Experience in teaching.

**Desirable requirements**

Communicative and social person, with ease of adapting to the expectations of groups.Enthusiastic, fond of unconventional forms of teaching

**Languages**:
English C1, C2, native

Any other European language.

**Training**

**Experience**:
Min. 2 years in teaching (school, university) and/or tutor of courses/workshops on similar topics.

**Salary**:
28 €/hour (gross) for a group of 5 people. For each additional participant, the coach will receive an extra €1.20 / hour (gross).
