Nombre de vacante SRE Team Lead.Net, AWS) Descripción You will partner closely with operations and product engineering teams to ensure the health of our systems, optimize system reliability, and reduce downtime, while balancing the need for innovation and speed of development. Responsabilidades principales Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Set clear goals and expectations for the team, conducting regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and providing feedback for professional growth. Ensure the team is well-aligned with company goals, facilitating communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams. Promote a culture of inclusivity and a strong engineering-first mindset within the team and the broader engineering organization. Site Reliability Engineering: Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of reliable, scalable, and performant production systems. Define and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs, ensuring systems are designed and operated to meet business needs while maintaining a high level of service availability. Work with our incident management processes to handle production issues effectively, minimizing downtime and improving incident response times. Implement and champion automation practices for monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and incident resolution. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with product engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to influence the design of highly available and fault-tolerant systems. Partner with product management to align engineering efforts with business priorities and customer needs. Lead the communication and resolution of critical incidents, ensuring stakeholders are informed and post-mortem reviews are conducted to prevent future occurrences. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, scaling systems, and reducing technical debt while maintaining operational excellence. Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously evolve the reliability and efficiency of our systems. Drive a culture of "failure is an opportunity to learn," encouraging blameless postmortems and actionable insights from incidents.
