**Position and Job Title**:Marketing Director (Start Remote from Madrid, move to Hybrid once the office in Madrid has been stablished).

**Position Overview**

The **Marketing Director**
is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, execution, and performance across all channels and regions. This role involves designing and implementing marketing plans that align with business objectives, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring effective demand generation. The Marketing Director will oversee digital marketing, product marketing, communications, and customer experience initiatives, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams. They will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and market growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic leadership.

**As Marketing Director**, your key responsibilities**
**will include**:

- **Strategic Marketing Planning**: Define and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer insights.
- **Brand Positioning & Differentiation**: Lead positioning efforts to ensure a strong and unique market presence, working closely with product teams to refine messaging and competitive advantage.
- **Product Launch & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, successful product launches and continuous improvement through performance analysis.
- **Customer Experience**:Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to enhance customer touchpoints and satisfaction across the buyer journey.
- **Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**:Oversee digital strategy and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation, in close alignment with sales.
- **Public Relations & Media**:Manage communication and PR strategies, nurturing media relations and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging to reinforce the brand image.

**Qualifications and Experience**.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), is advantageous
- Knowledge of the renewables sector or advisory and TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industries is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent level of English (equivalent to C1 or C2 level, operational proficiency, advanced level).
