Dein Beitrag: - Als Senior Business Controller (m/w/d) bist du der Schlüsselspieler (m/w/d) und Sparringspartner (m/w/d) bei allen ergebnisrelevanten Fragestellungen des jeweiligen Geschäftsbereichs. - Deine Aufgaben umfassen die monatliche Analyse und aussagekräftige Kommentierung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen. - Du bist verantwortlich für das Erstellen tiefgehender Umsatz-, Absatz - und Ergebnisanalysen sowie Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und ad-hoc Analysen, die entscheidend für den Unternehmenserfolg sind. - Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Jahresplanung und entwickelst laufend präzise Forecasts, um die zukünftige Ausrichtung des Unternehmens zu sichern. - Dein kreativer Ansatz trägt zur proaktiven Weiterentwicklung des Business Controllings bei, indem du moderne BI- und Controlling-Tools effektiv einsetzt. Das bringst du mit: - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem agilen Softwareunternehmen oder in der Gesundheitsbranche, inklusive Erfahrung im R&D Controlling - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanten Weiterbildungen - Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Business-Intelligence-Tools und SAP zur Aufbereitung von Daten für fundierte, strategische Entscheidungen - Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse - Analytisches Denkvermögen, freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit Das kannst du von uns erwarten: - Mobile Work: Arbeite flexibel an zwei Tagen pro Woche mobil und an 3 Tagen vor Ort. - Attraktive Standorte: An unseren Standorten erwarten dich neben voll ausgestatteten Arbeitsplätzen auch regelmäßige Events wie Sommerfeste und Weihnachtsfeiern. - Entwicklung: Unsere Inhouse Academy und unser Portfolio aus externen Kooperationspartnern unterstützen dich in deiner Weiterentwicklung. - Gesundheit: Gesundheit ist für uns ein hohes Gut.
