The Company is going through a period of significant change, as it implements a new Strategic Plan and adapts to changes in its operating model and product offering. To support this, **Pepper Advantage Spain** is seeking for a **Closing Manager **who will be reporting into the Director of the Real Estate department**. **If you are looking for a new professional opportunity and want to be part of our team, this is your project.

**The **Responsibilities**
- Ensure the registration in the information systems and documentation of the flow of all operations (REO & NPL).
- Direct collaboration with the areas of Property, Sales and Assets managers.
- Guarantee the documentary quality of the signature and of the documentation drawn up.
- Fluid dialogue with other areas of the organization such as Legal Advice, Finance or PBC, as well as supervision of agencies and officials.
- Drafting of minutes of sale, dation, cancellation, novations, notarial executions, stand still, short sale, term sheet, takeovers, etc...
- PBC & Compliance.
- Closing of operations: POA, DIL, DPO, FPO, etc...
- Assistance to signatures and follow-up of operations, both pre-signature and post-signature.
- Study and analysis of the competent regulations in all mortgage operations, both at national and European level.
- Organize signatures of closing operations: Purchases, dations in payment, mortgage cancellations, credit sales, powers of sale
- Manage money laundering prior to signing. NPL Management - Inmates
- Control and management of property charges: Payment of IBI's, Communities and Complementary
- Execution of earnest money contracts and payment agreements.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage management or closing management area related position.
- High sense of responsibility and communication and negotiation skills
- Very valuable intermediate-high English.
- Organization, great attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under intense deadlines and to manage / execute priorities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business needs
- Experience in managing large volume of files
- Knowledge and experience with mortgage origination systems, platform tools and technology.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law
- Advanced Office suite
