4.0 Barcelona Leader

Bunge is undergoing digital transformation and looking for you to become our Industry **4.0 (Barcelona) Leader** This new role is a part of the Operations 4.0 team and will represent Bunge’s global digital transformation. Barcelona and Cartagena will be our 2 first plants in Europe where we will implement our foundation plan - mandatory technologies towards Industry 4.0. As a 4.0 Leader you will manage dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building, and coordinating strategic partnerships across different teams. You will be responsible for timeline, costs, quality, safety and costs of the projects in your portfolio.

**More on the 4.0 role**
You will become the main interface between the local team, corporate teams and 3rd parties with the aim to coordinate and support the design to implementation phase of various projects while continuously look at new opportunities/innovations for our business.
Daily, you will identify business and production requirements with local/corporate teams and translate them for 3rd parties. As an experienced project manager, you know to coordinate and support the design phase, implementation, commissioning, and startup phases of the project under your scope. You will therefore also coordinate and execute technologies assessments of the site (automation, Industry 4.0 assessment for instance) and execute technological/partners surveys to identify new opportunities for the business.

With strong presentation and communication skills gained in your previous experiences, you are comfortable to present projects result to Bunge’s (regional and global) Leadership team.

You are:

- Experienced with project management and have previously lead teams in an agile setting;
- A strong collaborator with cross functional team lead experience - from tech, design, business and other;
- Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.);
- Experienced with automation and electrical/instrumentation projects.

You have worked with these knowledge tools:

- Microsoft Office package, JIRA (+).

What about the nice-to haves?
- Experience of technological processes of oil extraction;
- Experience with data science, AI and machine learning.

Other:

- Fluent in Spanish and English. Availability for non-frequently travels.
