**Human Resources Business Partner for bp Retail Sites - Levante, Cataluña & Baleares
Working closely with the Regional Managers and Site Managers, you will play a key role providing a field-based People and Culture advisory and support service for all the employees.
**Your main responsibilities are**:
- To plan, arrange and execute recruitment for the sites to ensure that we select and recruit individuals who have the correct retailing skills to grow our business in line with our business aspirations.
- Support the business providing P&C advice, counselling and mentoring to reduce staff turnover and create a working environment that makes our retail sites an ‘Employer of Choice’
- Working with the Regional Manager to identify and successfully manage site managers performance. Provide site managers with tools to facilitate performance management of site staff.
- Complete exit interviews and tracking. Keep under review and recommend appropriate changes to site working practices to retain and motivate the employees in the areas.
**Requirement and skills**:
- University degree (preferable Business or HR related: BA, Psychology; Labour Law; Social Work ) or relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years in a people management or specific HR role, as a generalist with understanding and knowledge of employment law.
- Experience in dealing with HR issues in customer facing organisations, ideally within a Retail environment
- Specific knowledge of recruitment, training management, performance management, reward and renewal practices including competency-based interviewing and aptitude testing.
- Willing to travel around 50% of the time within the assigned area (Levante, Cataluña and Baleares)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Great excel skills and preferably experience managing Workday or similar people tools
- Experience improving and standardizing P&C processes.
- Problem resolution oriented, analytical skills and experience working on an autonomous basis
