**Descripción**:
Para empresa de **COLIVING **buscanos la figura de un **PROPERTY MANAGER**, quien será el responsable de la gestión integral de todos los **ACTIVOS INMOBILIARIOSQ**
El Property Manager será responsable de** gestionar las relaciones con los INQUILINOS, gestión de los PRESUPUESTOS y ALQUILERES, así como el MANTENIMIENTO de todos los EDIFICIOS.**
**SE OFRECE**:
- Banda salarial**:FIJO + VARIABLE.**
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Gestionar y velar por el cumplimiento de los contratos de arrendamiento por parte de los inquilinos.
- Realizar, gestionar y controlar los presupuestos de cada uno de los colivings.
- Gestionar las solicitudes de mantenimiento y reparación de los inquilinos, contratando y supervisando a los proveedores y contratistas necesarios para realizar las reparaciones y mejoras necesarias.
- Gestionar las relaciones con los inquilinos dando respuesta a todas aquellas incidencias y problemas que puedan ir surgiendo.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las propiedades en alquiler para detectar necesidades de mantenimiento y de los distintos servicios.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación académica: ARQUITECTURA TÉCNICA o INGENIERÍA muy valorable, y/ó ADMINISTRATIVO y DIRECCIÓN de EMPRESAS.
- Experiência mínima de 3 AÑOS en gestión de propiedades inmobiliarias, así como en la gestión técnica de edificios: mantenimiento, reparaciones. Etc.
- Buscamos una persona con gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, acostumbrado a manejar plazos.
- Grandes dotes de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales; adaptación a distintos tipos de interlocutores, con orientación al cliente y resolutivo.
