**The Institute**

The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. **The role**

The purpose of this internship is to give support to the Billing area where the main tasks are the following:

- Register and validate suppliers’ invoices
- Claim missing invoices according to expected payables database.
- Keep invoice register. Scan and maintain traceability in the ERP System. Clear-up electronic portal
- Reply and manage service requests received from end users / suppliers related to billing and payment enquires
- Other general administrative tasks

**About the department**

The Billing Payables area is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling all suppliers’ invoices in order to record them and schedule payments accordingly, ensuring payments are conducted in due time.

**Whom** would we like to hire?**

**Professional experience**

**Must Have**
- You are currently studying, or just finished, an “FP”, bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- You have the possibility to make a student placement agreement through your Institute for at least 6 months

**Desirable but not required/ Nice to have**
- No experience is required although any professional experience will be highly appreciated

**Education and training**
- You are currently studying, or just finished, an “FP”, Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent

**Languages**
- You must be fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan and intermediate level of English

**Technical skills**
- You have advanced MS Office skills

**Competences**
- You are highly motivated and eager to learn
- You are detail oriented
- Proactivity. Hands-on profile and problem-resolution oriented
- Good communication skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

**The Offer** - Working Conditions**
- **Contract duration**:Minimum 6 months internship. Possible to cover the full length of the studies in course
- **Weekly schedule**:Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
- **Target start date**:As soon as possible.
