**Requirements**:

- Valid California OT license. Required.
- One (1) or more years of experience as a OT, Home Health (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; other languages capabilities are a big plus: especially Spanish.
- Schedule flexibility is necessary to meet the needs of patients.
