We are looking for **Financial Analyst**to join our Finance Department in our Madrid Office, covering for multiple countries in the European Markets. This is a maternity cover role, with the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of Finance activities and initiatives.

**What you will be doing**:

- Carrying out **financial planning and budgeting** for the group's European subsidiaries, including **analysing forecast**deviations and forecasting results.
- Drafting and tracking **financial reports and KPIs**, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Developing and optimising financial templates, **cash flows and profit projections**, including **income, costs and expenses**.
- Analysing the **financial performance** of European subsidiaries, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
- Presenting **financial results** to directors and managers, providing clear and objective insights.
- Supporting the **definition and implementation of strategies**for growth and improving financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with the company's **financial policies and processes**.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering or related areas.
- +5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience on FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with SAP 4Hana.
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively with key-stakeholders.
- Ability to work idenpendently, with a strategic vision and focus on results.
- Fluent English and Spanish, other languages such as Portuguese are a plus.
- Availability to travel.

This position is offered full time on a fixed term contract for six to nine months maternity leave cover depending on the effective start date, with the possibility of continuation.
