restaurants & Food Market in the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy. With more than
10.000 clients a day, extremely warm places, an authentic cuisine, products imported
directly from Italy, everything 100% fresh and 100% homemade.

Direct report to the Spain Finance Manager and Spain CFO, you’ll be part of the
development of the Group by accompanying the Spanish Finance team on the accounting part.

You’ll provide efficient support to the development and running of Spanish restaurants.

**1. Accounting**
Accounts payable: you will be taking care of the accounting mailbox, being
responsible of the invoice posting process in coordination with the external
accountant, answering suppliers’ queries, invoice approvals etc.
Accounts receivable: you will be in charge of the invoice issuing process
Monitor and process expenses reports
Managing of payment runs

**2. Financial process and operations**
Help the Finance team to plan how the company will implement financial process as
we expand in Spain
Responsible for weekly cash up
- control of the restaurants and follow up with
restaurant managers to resolve variances
Assist with the creation and evolution of our finance operational policies,
procedures, and controls documentation that adhere with the Group policies.

**3. Financial reporting and management accounts**
Assisting the Finance Team in the monthly closing, allowing you to be involved in the
end-to-end accounting process
Assist the Finance Team in dealing with audit and due diligence queries

**Profile required**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Based in Madrid - Possibility to sign school agreement (convenio de practicas)
Knowledge of Pack office.
English and Spanish are required. French and/or Italian would be a plus.
Organized, enthusiastic and energic.
