**At BESTSELLER TECH, we are looking for a graphical talent who can assist our Creative Solution team with a wide range of support competences.**

**YOUR TEAM**
You will become part of a self-organizing and international high-performing agile team of 3 highly skilled cross-functional colleagues located in Aarhus in Denmark and Malaga. The Creative Solutions team aim to be at the forefront of media innovation, by identifying the potential and improving traditional graphic solutions in BESTSELLER. You need to be curious to engage with stakeholders, understand and optimize workflows.

In the team, we have end-2-end ownership of graphical products used by brands, functions and markets across entire BESTSELLER worldwide. As our industry are moving towards digitalization, the team has a key role in bridging, enabling, and servicing our stakeholders with relevant products and services from:

- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Creative Force
- Capture ONE
- 3D solutions
- GenAI design solutions
- Video solutions
- Custom solutions

**YOUR JOB**
Your responsibility will be to aid our users with support and improve the existing experience for our users, the team will guide and support you in building your skills.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Software installation: setting up and configuring solutions.
- Service request management: managing and resolving service requests in a timely manner.
- Technological knowledge: staying updated on the latest TECH trends.
- Customer minded service: providing a high level of customer service to all users.
- Improve our monitoring of support cases
- Create relevant documentation for our users
- Collaborative work: working in conjunction with other TECH departments.

**YOUR PROFILE**
Being part of a small, agile team, it comes natural to you to share your knowledge and to inspire and support your colleagues. With your critical eye and sense for detail, you deliver quality support, take ownership, and feel accountable for the team’s results.

We are looking for a new colleague with a broad set of graphical and support skills, your past role might be as a graphic designer, marketing creative, multimedia specialist, supporter, photographer, art director, 3D animator or motion graphic artist, but primarily we are looking for someone with experience within the following areas:

- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics creation.
- Other graphical, designer or supporter background are highly relevant.
- Good English skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
