We are looking for people able to operate and manage different Storage enviroments including managing end to end relationship with major suppliers We will provides end to end provisioning operation and decommissioning activities according to client standards and policies and by tracking all modifications in ServiceNow

- TECHNICAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Installs Manage Configure Administer maintains and supports of storage arrays for customers involves hands on management of SAN NAS storage devices SAN switches and replication
- Hands on experience on storage provisioning/performing Lun/volume Provisioning, reclaim, performance monitoring/Tuning, Hardware / software issues troubleshooting, patching & upgradesPreferably on storage products of DELL EMC Storage Unity, IBM SVC & HP3PARStorage Monitoring Accountabilities, Alerts & Notification
- Hands on experience & Manage SAN fabric’s switches Cisco/Brocade (Zoning / VSANs / FC-IP / ISL setup, merging and zone segmentation concepts)Hands on experience on Protocols SAN FC, NAS, FCoE, and iSCSI, NFS, and CIFSCapacity Planning, reporting & forecastingHands on experience on CLI for Storages & SwitchesMulti Pathing Technology (EMC PowerPath, MPIO etc)
- Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of Storage ArraysSystem/Storage administration skills for environment supporting Windows, Linux, Solaris, VMWARE Resolving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor/supportGood communication skills with experience in Customer facing roles and leading from front during any issues and requirements
- Prioritize tickets based on severity/urgency, breadth of impact, time in queue, and specific customer, providing guidance to others on priorities and what constitutes a major issue
- Follow ITIL practices Proactively monitor environment for issues or opportunities
- Provide 24x7 support of customers and customer operating system infrastructure, up to and including on-call rotation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve procedures and system performance
- Should be a good team playerCapable of handling escalation independentlyIdentify potential solution(s) to issues and determine any risk
