**Job Summary**
Our client, a fast-growing European e-commerce company, is seeking a **Chief Data Officer (CDO)** to lead their data strategy and harness consumer insights to drive business decisions. This role is critical in optimizing everything from customer personalization to inventory management and pricing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the company’s data strategy, turning consumer insights into actionable business decisions.
- Oversee the use of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to enhance product recommendations and inventory forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights that improve customer engagement and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
- Continuously develop the company’s data capabilities to keep pace with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Proven experience in data leadership, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong background in analytics, AI, and machine learning, with the ability to turn data into competitive insights.
- Expertise in data governance and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated success in driving business results through data-driven decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 110,000.00€ per year
