**Role Summary**
Sierra Bernia School, one of the most respected and sought-after British international schools in Spain, is seeking to appoint an inspiring, committed, and passionate **Secondary Science Teacher** to join our team in August 2025. This role involves teaching **3 Sciences** **at IGCSE and A-Level**, as well as general Science at KS3.

We are looking for a teacher with a passion for science, a strong pedagogical vocation, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments in line with DfE and school standards.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student development.
- Communicate effectively with parents through written reports and parent-teacher meetings.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching where necessary.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs.
- A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or international equivalent.
- A strong background in teaching **IGCSE and/or A-Level** Chemistry and Biology.
- Experience teaching across **KS4, and KS5**.
- Passion for education and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies for pupils whose first language may not be English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, “can-do” attitude and a commitment to team culture.
- A reflective mindset and an enthusiasm for continuous professional development.
- Fluency in English, with clear and articulate spoken and written communication.
- A commitment to the pastoral care and development of the whole child.
- Interest in integrating technology (including AI and virtual reality) to enhance learning.

Pay: 1,700.00€ - 1,850.00€ per month
